Reston residents underscored the importance of what their local representatives have already acknowledged is their top priority for this year's General Assembly: transportation.
At an annual pre-session public hearing held by Del. Ken Plum (D-36th) and Sen. Janet Howell (D-32nd) at the Reston Community Center Hunters Woods on Jan. 4, residents advocated issues they hoped would be addressed at the upcoming General Assembly.
